Cherry Blossom stands behind every product we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and promptly send the item back for a complete refund.

Domestic and Airmail Deliveries
All Cherry Blossom purchases are beautifully wrapped and dispatched within 2 working days of receiving the order.
Cherry Blossom uses New Zealand Post for all domestic and international deliveries.
International Airmail parcels are not insured or tracked unless specifically requested. (additional costs may apply)
New Zealand deliveries generally take one to three days to arrive (rural addresses can be slightly longer).
International deliveries generally take between four to ten days depending on the destination.

Courier Option
Should you wish to have your parcel sent by courier please advise us at the time of purchase and we will confirm any additional costs. When you accept the cost of the courier it will be added to your total credit card charge.
